Jim & Sandy offer this Vacation Rental in John Day.  It is fully furnished – just bring your suitcase and food and you are home.

General Rate Information:  $185 per night for up to 3 people.  For each additional guest, add $35 per person/per night including children.  Discounts from 10%  if you are staying pver seven nights and 20% over fifteen nights and 50% off by the month..  Plus $50 cleaning fee. Dogs (limit 2) are an additional $10 per dog/per night with clean-up required.

When you reserve, we require a 20% deposit, with the balance due on arrival.  We are also required to charge a 12.5%Room Tax , on rentals under 30 days, which goes to the city, county, and state.
